Day whatever

Today I ate better AND I ran for 7 minutes. Looked up if I was gonna kill myself since I'm so fat but turns out I'll be just fine. And it's my goal. May not be an Olympic runner but I want to run. Run for joy, run a marathon, I don't really care I just want to run. I will run.

Day 2

Helped brad clean house today. Thinking about going out of the house but between cleaning and my stupidness last night my back is really killing me. Maybe a hot shower. Breakfast was french toast with lite syrup. Lunch was health it bread, unprocessed meats, mozz cheese and some broccoli rice. Lots of water so far and one an of soda. No idea what's for dinner. But I can say that if i wasn't injured if take girls to Ymca and workout or swim. Ohhh swimming sounds amazing. Might loosen me up and fix some of my achyness. Gym membership next on my list.

Day 1


So today is day one. I attempted my first lifestyle change workout. Needless to say with a broken back with hundreds of extra pounds on it wasn't a great idea. I have been on FMLA for a back injury for a little over two weeks now and on top of sitting at my sewing machine a few hours today I decided to throw in a few squats, crunches, seem circles and bicycles. Dumbest idea ever. I need to be physically and mentally prepared for this shit. My back hurts now 100 times more than it did pre workout attempt. Now for some pain killers and a heating pad. I did find a good beginners workout. What I thought would be pretty easy starting out was totally not but preserve I shall.
